Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees in multiple countries, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
Compliance
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements in different countries.
Coordination with EOR Partners
Working with EOR partners to support clients who require employment responsibilities in countries where they don't have a legal entity, managing payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance for international employees across the MENA area.
Data Management
Maintaining accurate payroll records, updating employee information, and ensuring data integrity across different systems.
Problem Resolution
Addressing and resolving payroll-related issues or discrepancies, and providing support to employees regarding their payroll inquiries.
Reporting
Generating payroll reports and providing insights to management for financial planning and analysis.
Benefits Administration
Managing and administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, in collaboration with EOR partners.
Communication
Communicating with international employees and EOR partners to ensure smooth payroll operations and clarity on payroll-related matters.
