Microsoft 365 Administration
Managing Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, permissions, email, and related applications, while monitoring security and access settings.
Google Workspace & Cloud Services
Managing and monitoring the Google Workspace and cloud services used by the company, including accounts, permissions, and domain- and email-related services.
Identity, Accounts & Access Management
Creating and managing employee accounts, overseeing corporate email, and organizing and reviewing access permissions to systems, files, and services in line with job requirements and security needs.
Information Security & Cybersecurity
Implementing and monitoring protection measures for systems, accounts, email, and cloud services; reviewing permissions and security settings; and helping reduce digital risks and threats.
Employee Technical Support
Providing technical support to employees, diagnosing issues related to hardware, software, systems, and digital services, and resolving them in a timely manner.
Administrative & Accounting Systems
Supporting the systems and applications used in administrative and accounting operations, and contributing to their improvement and to developing technical solutions that meet business needs.
