As Msindaha's IT & Systems Specialist, Abdulhadi is responsible
for the engineering, management, and continuous development of the
company's technology environment. His role covers IT
infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, business systems,
digital services, and software solutions.
He is also the primary developer and technical lead behind
Msindaha HRM, managing the system from architecture and
development through deployment, administration, security,
maintenance, and continuous improvement. He works closely with
internal teams to translate operational requirements into
reliable technology solutions that improve efficiency,
automation, and business continuity.
His Core Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineering
Managing and engineering the company's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, devices, and core technology services to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technical environment.
Cloud & Business Platforms
Managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud services, user environments, business applications, and related technology platforms that support daily operations.
Information Security & Access Management
Managing user identities, access permissions, security controls, and protection measures across company systems, cloud platforms, business applications, and digital services.
Msindaha HRM — System Architecture & Development
Designing, engineering, and developing Msindaha HRM from the ground up as the company's integrated Human Resource Management System. Managing its architecture, database structure, application development, user roles, workflows, security, deployment, and continuous improvement to support HR and payroll operations.
Msindaha HRM Administration & Continuous Improvement
Managing the administration and technical operation of Msindaha HRM, implementing new features, improving existing workflows, resolving technical issues, and continuously adapting the system to the company's evolving HR, payroll, and operational requirements.
Digital Solutions & Business Automation
Engineering and implementing digital solutions that automate business processes, improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support operational efficiency across the company.
Website & Digital Infrastructure
Managing and developing the company's website, domains, hosting, DNS, cloud services, and related digital infrastructure to maintain security, availability, performance, and a reliable online presence.
Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
Supporting cybersecurity, data protection, backup, recovery, system availability, and technical continuity measures to reduce operational risks and maintain reliable business operations.
Technical Support & Systems Management
Providing technical support to employees, managing system-related issues, maintaining business applications, and coordinating with technology providers when required.
