As a Payroll Specialist, Yahya manages and coordinates payroll operations across multiple countries, from payroll preparation and validation to tax, social security, reporting, and final payroll delivery. He works closely with clients, employees, and EOR partners to ensure payroll requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
His Core Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
Managing end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll components.
Tax & Social Security
Supporting accurate payroll tax and social security calculations in accordance with applicable local requirements.
Multi-Country Payroll Coordination
Coordinating payroll operations across multiple markets and ensuring consistent and timely payroll delivery.
EOR Payroll Support
Managing payroll requirements for EOR employees and coordinating with clients and international partners across different markets.
Payroll Data & Reporting
Maintaining payroll data and preparing payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for clients and internal teams.
Payroll Review & Reconciliation
Reviewing payroll calculations and data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy before final processing.
Employee Benefits & Final Settlements
Supporting payroll-related benefits, employee deductions, and final settlement calculations where applicable.
Client & Employee Support
Handling payroll-related inquiries and providing clear and timely support to clients, employees, and partners.
